Restoring purchases

Bought something on another phone, or reinstalled? Open Market → Stall and tap Restore purchases (it is also in Settings). Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. Consumable packs (Stardust and Coins) are delivered once, at purchase time, and cannot be restored by Apple; the Gilded Almanac and the Alchemist's Guild membership always restore.

Missing Stardust or Coins after a purchase

Occasionally Apple confirms a payment before the app hears about it. Force-quit the app and reopen it; the purchase lands the next time the store is checked. If it is still missing after an hour, email us with the receipt from Apple and we will put it right.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds go through Apple: open the App Store, tap your account, then Purchase History, or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Cancelling the Alchemist's Guild

The Guild is an auto-renewing subscription managed by Apple. Cancel from iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Your perks last until the end of the paid period, and nothing you earned is ever taken back.

Moving to a new phone

Your save lives on your device. To carry it over, switch on Cloud save in Settings on the old phone before you move, then switch it on on the new one. An iPhone-to-iPhone transfer or an iCloud device backup also brings the save across.

Notifications

Reminders are optional and local. Turn them on or off in Settings, and choose which kinds you want. The game never sends marketing notifications.

Something looks wrong

Tell us what you tapped and what you expected, and a screenshot if you have one. Nothing in Cozy Alchemy can rot, fail or be lost by design, so if something did, it is a bug and we want to know.
